Upon admission, our patients receive a Care Guidebook that includes content specific to their stay. It includes frequently asked questions and information for both patients and families. We are honored to serve our community with high-quality care and service excellence. If there is anything we can do to make your stay more comfortable, please do not hesitate to ask your nurse, doctor or other hospital employee.
Visitation
As a member of Covenant Health, our visitation guidelines for patients and visitors may change. While visiting our facility, we ask that you help protect yourself as well as those around you by frequently washing your hands and being mindful not to spread the risk of germs should you have cold or flu-like symptoms. Advance Directives

Dining
The CUMC Cafe is located on the 3rd floor of the hospital across from the Blue Elevators. The cafeteria is open at the following times:
Weekdays
Breakfast: 6:30-9:30 a.m.
Lunch: 11 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday – Closed – There is a Vending machine with sandwich, salad and other options located by the Cafe
Note: The Cafe is not open for dinner.
Guest trays are available for purchase in patient rooms for all three meals. You must purchase a voucher during Café Business hours.
Breakfast – $7.00

Cumberland Medical Center’s Nutrition Service department is dedicated to serving patients and visitors with nutritious and high-quality foods. The Nutrition Service staff takes your meal orders daily by calling 151-2820 from your patient room phone. The Menu for is in your patient room upon arrival and you are able to order your choice of meals off the menu if allowed on your prescribed diet. Meals are prepared and delivered to patient rooms according to prescribed diets and available between the hours of 6:30am-6pm. If a patient is scheduled for tests or treatments, meals may be delayed. If you have questions or wish to talk with the dietitian, please ask a staff member for assistance.

Wireless Internet
For your convenience, high-speed wireless Internet access is available throughout Cumberland Medical Center.
Your user device should automatically detect our Wi-Fi when the device scans for wireless networks. To use our Wi-Fi, connect to the “Covenantguest” network. The password is “covenant.”
